Adam provides support, advice and constructive challenge to our CEO, actively participates in setting our strategy and strengthening relationships with partner organisations. He also leads on Organisational Development, finance and contracting and chairs our board meetings maintaining oversight of our performance and delivery.

Adam took his MA in Philosophy in 1985, then held management posts in the NHS through to retiring in 2021. His roles included Accountable Officer for a London PCT and Chief Operating Officer for a Kent CCG. He has also been a historic ship sailor and run a Management Consultancy
