Who is this programme for: This programme is tailored for both clinical and non-clinical health and social care professionals working in a primary care setting. Whether you’re an aspiring practice owner, a seasoned GP or other healthcare professional looking to enhance your personal resilience, or simply someone eager to strike a better balance between personal well-being and professional success, this programme is designed for you.
Unfortunately, we cannot help those who:
- Have Psychosis or Suicidal thoughts
- Are on Lithium or other tranquilizing and antipsychotic drugs
- Are addicted to drugs or alcohol
- Aged < 16 years
- Pregnant Women
- Have had surgery 8 weeks before starting the MYM Programme
Our Course fee covers:
- Overnight accommodation for one night and all meals for two consecutive days
- Course registration and participation for one individual
- Access to the MYM App for 2 weeks following completion of the programme
